Apple Releases Xcode 8 Beta [Download]
It's only been a couple of days since iOS 10 Developer Preview was released in the wild and looks like many Apple fans across the globe are having a problem installing it thanks to the infamous Error 14.
Everyone is struggling with this issue right now. The problem is faces when users are trying to update the new software while also restoring from fresh backup. Looks like you can't do that anymore (it was possible in iOS 8 and 9).
Users are reporting that switching cables and using the DFU mode doesn't seem to work. Here are a couple of things you can do to solve this error that might work.

HOW INSTALL IOS10 Without developer account :
We have added support for Xcode 8.0 Beta to our OS X containers. CircleCI customers can build their apps using Xcode 8.0 Beta. Full support for Xcode 8.0 Beta allows iOS developers using CircleCI to build and test their code for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch apps with the most current tools available. The Xcode used to work only on Lion but there are some new SDKs available for iOS 7, OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion, and OS X 10.9 Mavericks as well. This helps in making sure that the developers gain more control and make more compatible apps. Xcode 8.1 & Xcode 8.2 beta 1. We added two new Xcode versions to our OS X image. Xcode 8.1 is the latest stable release by Apple and lets you target iOS 10.1, watchOS 3.1, tvOS 10.0 and macOS 10.12. With this addition you'll be able to test your latest changes against the new API additions as well as archive and ship directly to the App Store. I tried with the 8.1 simulator, the 9.0 simulator, and the 9.3 simulator, all with the same result. I have submitted bug report number 27180726. EDIT: I should add that this in on OS X 10.11.5 with both Xcode 7.3.1 and Xcode 8 beta 2 installed.

First make a backup and Now try doing a clean restore of iOS 10 using the IPSW file you downloaded from internet.
A user reddit explain a notice on Apple Support page that says 'You must have the latest version of Xcode 8 installed on your Mac before using a Restore image to install iOS or tvOS beta software on a device'. Another use has commented that doing a clean restore via Xcode 8 (using the Option key) works.
Apple's Support page suggests to check your USB device or use another device.
Apple's official guidelines for installing beta doesn't have a notice when it comes to install the beta directly from the device using Configuration Profile. So that might work if you try it at first.

Xcode 8 was released on September 13, 2016. On June 5, 2017, at the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference, Xcode version 9 was announced; a beta version was released the same day. It introduced support for Swift 4 and Metal 2.
